Hi All, Tony,

I am not aware of any distance learning PhD  program in an accredited school  of public health in USA.  Note that the PhD program is conceptually an apprenticeship where you work under the supervision of a committee after you have satisfied all required courses.  The PhD  students also help as tutors, teaching assistants, organize workshops, etc. Most professors do not want to have  online PhD students since they do not get to work on projects with such students on a daily or weekly basis.
