Certificate of clinical competence in HIV medicine
--------------------------------------------------

Dear colleagues,

My name is Alex Hakuzimana, a practising medical doctor based in Rwanda as President of Rwanda Quality of Life Centre. With the mission of promoting health related quality of life of chronically ill persons, we are organising, jointly and with willingness of Global AIDS Learning and Evaluation Network (GALEN) and the International Association of Physicians in AIDS Care (IAPAC), a test leading to the award of the Certificate of Clinical Competence in HIV medicine. Normally the test in Africa is taken in South Africa as you may find the programme on the website htpp://www.iapac.org. IAPAC leadership have accepted to organise the exam in Kigali, Rwanda especially for all willing practicing doctors handling HIV infected persons in Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Democratic republic of Congo, Kenya, Tanzania and others who may be interested in to contact me by the following emails: mailto:alexqol@yahoo.co.uk or mailto:alexhak75@gmail.com or mailto:claulex20@yahoo.co.uk. There are only two requirements for taking the examination, one that you are a practicing clinician, and the other that you are working within Africa. Information about certification and the Global AIDS Learning & Evaluation Network can be found at http://www.iapac.org. The registration fee per doctor will be roughly US $80.00 to $100.00. Please confirm your participant then registration and payment to IAPAC will be discussed later.

Best wishes.

Alex
