Dear Andrew,

Very few MOHs in Sub-Saharan Africa put their Strategic Plans on the web. The best option is to contact the MOHs through the various country Irish AID offices, who I am sure either already have copies that they could share with you or they can request for the plans from the MOHs. Beside South Africa, which link you have already been provided with, Uganda is one of the other few countries with its Health Sector Strategic Plan on the web, and you can download it from:
