Eliminating world poverty: making governance work for the poor (8)

I am much concerned about the ways the Africa looks at poverty, in the sense of how it will be in the near future.

I will like to add  my voice to this issues many time but the people  are  not look at it the ways of uplift  others to  make the world a better place to  be habitable.
