I tend to agree with you on many points. Our views are converging to the point that transparency can remove the glaring disparities we see today. May be I am exaggerating it too much to push the idea - like one size fits all solution!! May not be totally true; but let us make an honest beginning and make mid course corrections as we go along. Thinking that nothing much would happen and we don't make a beginning is not good. The gap has to be bridged and the disadvantaged extended benefits transparently and not just largely for the benefits of the donor, in the guise of benefiting the poor.
