Eliminating world poverty: making governance work for the poor (36)
------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear George,

Again, I stand by my previous statement. I read the report briefly and find that "most" of the food went to keep the poor unfortunate people of N Korea from starving to death at the hands of a lunatic. If China would have left N Korea alone Kim what's his name would have been history a long time ago. This would allow N Korea to prosper as has S Korea. They keep him there for a buffer to keep "democracy" and the US off their border. Therefore they should send food. There's a stark contrast for us look at, what China and communism have done for N Korea, as opposed to America and capitalism in S Korea.

If you had bothered to read the rest of the writing you would have noted that most of my criticism was aimed at a conclusion that made no sense and a premise that was ridiculous. I am not going to go into a long notation of material I have already covered. I find it curious however, that you chose that particular small comment (being facetious) to attempt to chastise me.

Anyway, I hope that we can return to the problem at hand which is Africa and how to bring that wonderful continent forward in prosperity, freedom and health.

Cheers,

Craig
