RFI: Medical School Teaching Resources for Africa (7)
-----------------------------------------------------
Dear John,
You might also consider the Reproductive Health Model Curriculum
from the Association of Reproductive Health Professionals. See
http://www.arhp.org/healthcareproviders/onlinepublications/rhiprograms/#rhm
It is in its second edition and can be downloaded online from
the ARHP website. It covers psychosocial factors, communication,
STDs, infertility, contraception, etc. The target audience is
medical students.
My own project here at Johns Hopkins has a couple of websites
with downloadable resources that might be useful for more
detailed information related to family planning:
IUD Toolkit - http://www.maqweb.org/iudtoolkit/
FP and HIV Integration Resources - http://www.fpandhiv.org/
Best,
