RFI: hospital based cancer registration computer software programming

I am interested to know two things which are of vital importance for cancer management in Bangladesh in NGO sector: 
i) Is there any short course/orientation on hospital based/population based cancer registration in near future any where? 
ii) Is there any free of cost downloadable computer soft ware programming for hospital based cancer registration?

I shall be very much obliged if any body provides me any information regarding the mentioned issues.
