Use of DDT against malaria (5)

I don't know that 3,000 people died sounds any better, but the end result is the same.  DDT is a lot more people friendly than other, newer chemicals.  Have a friend who used to get dusted in school for head lice with DDT and he is alive and doing fine today.  I will try and find the web site for DDT Toxicity tests but am unable to find it this AM.
   
I am happy that a cheap, effective chemical is getting a second chance in this modern world.  We are a lot more careful with chemicals than 40 years ago when farmers would rinse their tanks out and let it run down hill to the creek.
