Dear Hajj,

There are some documents that you could get from JSTOR it is an archive of information and there are some documents that I found useful mostly coming from the colonial era and you may also try to look for the Malawi Society Journal.
   
JSTOR is a subscribed journal and there are some issues of the Malawi Society Journal that are available on the internet.
   
On the other hand there is a book that I once found useful in respect of the historical path of health in Malawi and it was written by Margaret Read titled "Culture Health and Disease"
