Good morning,

I'm Dr. Ma. Evelyn R. Lacsina of the City Health Department of Taguig City, Philippines. I'm also the program coordinator of Adolescent Health of the City and the Technical working group chairman of the Adolescent Reproductive Health Network. I'm interested of the said copy but unfortunately we in the local government have meager resources to subscribe to the said magazine.
