Peter,

I agree with you. However I would like to make one correction. opemMRS is not a wiki based system. The wiki is more for discussions and support if I get it right. openMRS can support MySQL. One other factor is these systems are mostly in early stages of development. From experience, one would require a system to get started as antiretroviral therapy has already begun. There are a number of these systems that have been or are being developed but the only opensource one I am aware of is openMRS.
