Hi Peter,

Perhaps because my training is in the sciences, I have paid a lot of attention to the efficacy and health related aspects of DDT in IRS but remained rather uninformed in regards to cost effectiveness.  As you know, price often proves to be an overriding factor in the choice of purchases we make.

Please share a little more on the estimates you've given (approx. x3 or more cost effective than ITNs).  How does this comparison fare in regards to the recently developed LLITNs? And lastly, how does it all work out in the integrated approach context?
