Sponsors for e-learning course in public health

Dear All,
   
With the present troubles and cost of travelling abroad I think e-learning is the way out for healthcare workers in resource limited settings (when we have internet services). However this is an area where scholarship donors are still having cold feet.

I will like to share with all these possibilities ... that is if anyone has any ideas or ads from whence one could get sponsorship. I intend to use this to train my staff  and myself.
