The WHO website for health services managers in resource scarce settings (MAKER) has a section on courses http://www.who.int/management - see Courses and meetings under NEWS on the right-hand column.
At the top of the list is a 2006 Directory of Grants and Fellowships in the Global Health Sciences, then follows a list of institutions that provide e-learning courses at various levels, then a list of other courses - either face to face or e-learning.

The team at MAKER are always trying to keep this list up to date for health services managers, so we are very pleased to receive information from any AFRONETS readers.
