I have been working in conflict situation since 14 years and I have noticed that there is a real dilemma about the Primary Health Care and Emergency Medical Assistance in conflict situation, and we have to be clear from the beginning of the action about what we really we want to do as the implementation is completely different.

I have done my thesis about this subject and I am interested to see the opinion of our colleague.
