It is interesting to note that comparing prices between private:public and mission: public the difference seems to be quite small (better in private). How can this be explained given the fact that the private has a profit motive which mission does not?

The prices are not affordable using minimum wage as the basis for comparison. Yet a government employee with minimum salary is seen to be better off in rural area (at least in Tanzania). What if the assessment was done taking into consideration the actual income, in rural areas?
