RFI: Courses on Nutrition and HIV/AIDS

Dear All

I would appreciate it very much if someone provided me information on where I can find institutions that offer courses in Nutrition for PLHIV within the African context and most preferable through distance learning.   

I also request some  clarification on why the common expression often is "Nutrition and HIV"  and not "Nutrition and HIV/AIDS" because I think the latter would be  more applicable?
