I would suggest you contact Dr. James Mwansa of the Lusaka University Teaching Hospital at jclmwansa@yahoo.ca and/or Mr. Oliver Hazemba, MSH/RPM Plus in Zambia at ohazemba@msh.org

They both coordinate the APUA-Zambia chapter and have information on local antimicrobial use and practices that can be very useful to you.
