[afro-nets] RFI: Indicators for OVC vulnerability survey in resource poor rural settings

Tutulane AIDS Organization is set to carry out a vulnerability survey of OVC in the District(Chitipa - Malawi) and needs some key indicators that would help rank the OVC by vulnerability to HIV/AIDS for future support programming by stakeholders and partners.

Please contribute, to help us come up with the best indicators.
