Dear Colleagues

I don't know whether this will do anything at all ... but it is worth a try. Admiral Ziemer heads up the President's Malaria Initiative (PMI) and has been very helpful in getting the US focus on performance in malaria interventions significantly improved. I think he will understand the issues both in reality and in political terms.
