On behalf of the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID) and Black Sea Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (BSCMID), it is our great pleasure to invite ID specialists, microbiologists, surgeons, trainee doctors, scientists and pharmacists to the ESGAP-ICCAID Postgraduate Course to be held in Kazakhstan Hotel, Almaty, Kazakhstan on 26th March 2008, i.e. immediately prior to ICCAID 2008. The title of the course is ‘Improving Antimicrobial prescribing of Surgical Prophylaxis/Antibiotic use in the ICU’. There will be 12 presentations over four sessions. Please indicate on the reply form if there are topics you would like to see discussed beyond those detailed in the program. Although this is a full time interactive course, we hope that you will be able to enjoy the hospitality and beautiful scenery of Kazakhstan.
