It is sad to note that despite this available information, Government of countries in Africa are yet to wake up to their responsibilities to the people of the continent. Massive corruption and mismanagement has been the bane of any development in the health sector.

Health care providers migrating to Western countries cannot be blamed when you look at the wanton looting of the continent in the midst of the suffering of the general masses.
