We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

Director, Programs (Nigeria)
To support the Deputy Chief of Party (Management) and Chief of Party in providing management and technical oversight of FHI's USAID/Nigeria-funded program to ensure that the overall project is effectively and efficiently implemented; to supervise the work of the Associate Director/s Programs, the Zonal Managers and other select staff. BS/BA in public health or related field, and 11-13 years relevant experience in international development programs with 5-7 years supervisory experience. or MS/MA/MPH and 9 - 11 years relevant experience; or PhD, MD or equivalent degree with 7 - 9 years relevant experience. Overseas field experience required.

Associate Director, Finance (Nigeria)
To support the Director Shared Services to assume main management responsibility for both accounting and finance for the Nigeria Office and ensure compliance with the contractual requirements of Nigeria's USAID bi-lateral program with the objective of providing professional accountancy services consistent with generally accepted accounting principles. S/He is expected to assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and coordination of project activities. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent and minimum 9 years experience in accounting related to NGOs and community level programs with increasing responsibility. Familiarity with USAID-funded programs and Nigerian non-governmental organization. CPA, ACA, ICAN, MBA or recognized equivalent a plus.

Associate Director, Operations and Management (Ethiopia)
The Associate Director for Operations & Management will work closely with the Country Director to manage the portfolio of pubic health and research projects in FHI/Ethiopia, with specific responsibilities in overseeing the Special Business Unit (SBU). The AD will lead and coordinate the operational units of the country office that support project implementation, including finance and the SBU, Administration and Human Resource, Organizational Development/Contracts and Grants, and contribute to overall project management, proposal development, reporting and communications with donors, local partners and stakeholders, and FHI/Regional/US. The Associate Director will work closely with the technical teams within the country office to administer operational support to ongoing and new projects; facilitate work plan and financial monitoring; and assist to document project process, results, and lessons learned. BA/BA in business management or related field, with a minimum 9 years of relevant management and supervisory experience; or MA/MBA with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience; experience in financial management of USAID and other donor funded contracts required; at least 3 years experience in program management, including administration, human resource management, financial management and reporting.
