[afro-nets] Lay or community health workers can improve the health of children (10)

We are experiencing excellent results working with community health workers in an ASAL region in Kenya. Lack of consistent remuneration will probably undermine sustainability as in the case in Uganda. We are trying different approaches of motivating these workers and would like anyone with successful experiences to share.
