This took place during the recent African Conference on Information Systems (ICT for Africa 2010-- www.ictforafrica.org) in Yaounde, Cameroon, March 25-28, 2010. Workshops of this conference were supported by the National Science Foundation and other private donors.

This society brings together information systems and IT scholars from all over the world to share research and teaching resources. Please note that membership is not only limited to Africans; it is open to all willing to encourage or contribute to research on IS with a focus on Africa.
