Dear Peter Burgess,

Please let me know where I can fid the burgess method and...usually where OCHA is present we have WHO WHERE WHAT map that shows the major NGOs and UN activities....for the rest I agree, is not ideology but way of finding a real solution.....pratical, cheap, sustainable....
