NIGERIA'S SAME-SEX MARRIAGE BILL VIOLATES HUMAN RIGHTS Sanyu Awori and Rithika Nair Not for the first time, Nigeria is considering a law against same-sex relationships, Sanyu Awori and Rithika Nair write. But the proposed law violates the rights enshrined in the national constitution and human rights instruments that Nigeria is a state party to.
